how can zoom in on a picture say 50%
and then get it to print at that setting ,when i do it it reverts back to normal size
im useing WINDOWS and fax viewer, i was going to buy a photo programme but they are megga expensive ,advice would be most grateful

Keith, you wont do it using the windows veiwer, its not an editing program.

there are some good freebies out there that will do what you want.

Keith, go to this site:

scroll down the main window until you see "Paint Shop Pro Stuff".

In the white section section of the scrolly window, click on "PSP 9.01 Full" and save it to windows. Its a pretty big file so broadband is needed really, n could still take a couple hours to download.

Once you have this, post again and I can tell you how to print at 150% of its actual size.

ok i,ll try it thankyou ,i took some photo,s of a Kestrel and its chicks in a nesting box the box is dark against the sky ,but if you zoom in you can see the chicks

well i did try to down load photshop 9 from about 11pm last night,i left pc on, it got to a installing UNRESTAINED reading modules ,the green bit went right across box then it stayed there fo almost 12rs doing nothing im on 2meg ntl B,B so had to take it off
