Reels for method feeding

Hi guys!

I’m looking to start method feeder fishing and was wondering what the best value for money reel is for it? Not looking to spend too much. Thanks!

Shimano does a 2500 reel for around 50 quid, just the job for fish to low doubles.

Small Okuma baitrunner around 30/5 notes. Good quality for the money.

I have a couple of MAP 4000 baitrunner reels that are perfect for the Method. They have a line clip that will release if a fish takes line so ideal for accurate feeding. Thinks they are called Map ACS 4000.

Most reels can be used for what ever fishing style you are doing. We seem to have notion that you must have the right label on tackle.
I would assume you already have suitable reels in your tackle box so do you need/ want another one.

The cadence reels are good value, go for 4000 size.
