River access in East Sussex

I would be very grateful, having some mobility issues, to know where the easiest riverbank access is in East Sussex. Any suggestions gratefully received.

There are 2 disability pegs on the Eastern Rother at Newbridge , Iden. They can both be accessed by wheelchairs.
