8mm halibut pellet and caster have scored really well for me over the last couple of seasons. but the first couple of day,s is usually a bit slow. spooked fish etc. it pays to move about a bit peg to peg if you,re not catching. all pegs on the wellmeadow will produce on the right day tickets on the bank or from tackle shop in low town on the corner by the boozer
