Shell Island nr Barmouth..

I am going to Shell Island this weekend, any advice on tackle, bait, location etc would be really appreciated.

I am intending to lure fish for bass at some point, and maybenleger during the darkness!
If anyone has been, seen or heard anything drop me a quick reply please!

Does anybody know what the bait situation is on the island, ie is there any to collect/dig?
