I love pin fishing,more on the float,but legering for barbel too,chub are a different beast however,some swims require fast retrieves to extract chub from bankside snags,funnily when trotting the issue rarely arises...

Here's a pair of lesser spotted Zeppelins. I sometimes wonder whether they've sold more than a handful in the country that they're made.

I have one of their kingpin reels, there very well made, really strongly built as well, use mine for trotting on the river.
The Americans seem to use them for steelhead trout fishing, which are sea run rainbow trout, and renowned for being hard fighting fish.

Thank's Seth, i've only waited 5 years plus for it, but what a reel it is!
Chris's reels are in a league of their own, far above any other of my pin's.
He really is a perfectionist and his attention to detaile is impeccable!

Checked the website seth, look very good reels, but no prices given. How much are they ,?

Quite-check out how all the screw heads are lined up perfectly. This alone tells you the man knows what he is doing and cares about it.

I couldn't resist taking the new reel out for a spin this avvey. Anyhow, just like all the reels i've got off Chris this one performed superbly and a credit to Chris's reel making skills....what a reel !
Caught loads of fish with it from different swims, nothing huge but great fun, a few pic's from the short session.....

Quite-check out how all the screw heads are lined up perfectly. This alone tells you the man knows what he is doing and cares about it.

They don't line up on the back though.

On a serious note, lovely reel nice to see it being used rather than in a cabinet as an investment.
