The past week I have been staying with my girlfriend at her mothers house in Fomby. So I have been grounded so to speak. I have only been able to get one night session in at Rosemary Wood.
Going stir crazy so to speak, soi I went for a wander to clear my head.
Theres not much around Formby fishing wise.
I found a public footpath that ran opposite a railway line. In my experience this is always a good way to find ponds. Anyhow I found a small river. I sat for about an hour and just observed. This small river was bursting with activity. Looking along the bank there were visible signs that it has been fished on a regular basis.
So tomorrow, If I get time after doing my jobs, I'm going to give it a go. I'm just gutted I didnt take my camera along as I usually take it everywhere.
If anyone has fished it a little info would be most appreciated.
