What a long month July was, seems it's been ages since I went fishing so only a few trips early in the month, the rest was all heatwaves and hospitals.

September was much more fun than an August that saw me visiting Dad on a daily basis in a Central London hospital so the first fishing trip in long time was more than welcome. Dad's doing ok but needs a bit of care, so most the fishing was confined to a two week window when the weather turned from summer to Autumn.

October saw me fishing a couple of small rivers in the Home counties. The tiny River Bourne and the equally intimate upper reaches of the River Stort, both free, plenty of fish and a lot of fun.
