Using Bait Thread Will Save Money Buying Bait & Time Re-Baiting!

Using bait thread will help keep your bait on the hook longer. In the absence of predators the "little" fish to crabs will make short work of your bait. Using stretchable nylon bait thread will help to keep your baited leader viable for a possible strike longer. This will save you money on buying bait. You won't have to change bait as often. And will increase the likelihood of a possible strike if there's a visible bait still on the hook. This is how i bait my leaders. Good luck to all:)

Hi Im new to sea fishing and learning as I go on sea fishing in UK , and did notice every cast with ragworm that worm had come off

the hook after every first cast, and this after threading the worm up hook shank .

Your post is a good thing I can tell with live or dead bait tied in a way onto hook , shall last longer for sure .
