Vintage 9’6”, 2 piece split cane Avon or carp pattern rod, initials “DJS” 1963 to butt, red agate butt and tip rings, whipped burgundy, close whipped black, bronze ferrule, 26” cork handle with light reel rings, rod originally 10' but shortened on tip, the cane is straight, surprisingly well balanced, not mint but a good all-rounder at a budget price with no original oversize tatty cloth bag
