Went Out at 4:30am to Scout Out a Few Areas Off World Famous Waikiki Beach!
It was windy & cool. There were a few homeless on the beach but it was a beautiful morning. I was using my 14ft HCS Menpachi Rod w/a 4K Blue Azores Spinner using light braid. Apparently to light as my newly purchased Flash Bomb from Brian's Fishing Supply developed wings & flew off when my line snapped.
I wanted just to hit the beach & relax. On the way back shoreline anglers were fishing for Halalu "juvenile Big Eye Scad" using a hand pole w/line. The Jacks "Papi'o" were in feeding on them. So i packed my gear away & just took a few vids & pics. I actually wanted to check out some other areas as i rarely hit town side. It was nice just to scout around.
