What Does "C" in Daiwa Spinning Reels Mean?

What does the "C" in Daiwa Revros LT4000-C indicate? Or in any Daiwa 3K-5K spinning reels? "C" is for "Compact". So what does that mean? A "C" body has a more compact frame size compared to another Daiwa spinning reel with the same model designation without the "C". So basically that means a 3000C sized spinner has a 2500 body frame. Most "C"' spinning reels comes in 3000C, 4000C & 5000C. Interesting, huh?

Same as LT stands for light and tough over here .
I thought the C would be self explanatory with the size of the reels .
