Whats best, early morning, midday or early evening?????

Either the early mornings before the boat traffic starts or the late evenings when the boat traffic has started to cease; Which is best out of the two? I think it depends on the prevailing weather conditions and the temperatures at the time.

Just think on this,boat traffic can continue into darkness,but most people are akip until say six,a bit of brekkie a clean up,probably 8am before the vast majority a ready to roll,at the earliest,you might get an odd boat earlier,but not many,not like thirty plus an hour...
