Following the first round of eBay auctions to fish with an angling star the Angling Trust have now announced the anglers taking part in the second set of auctions.
Commencing at 0900 on 19 August 2011 you can bid on eBay for yourself and a friend, or family member, to fish with your choice of angling star on a mutually agreed date. The day includes meeting your chosen angler, having breakfast (if available on site), talking about and discussing the venue, signing autographs, taking photographs, and discussing tackle etc.
All funds raised will go to the International Ladies, Veterans and Anglers with Disabilities teams who have been unable to find a sponsor and have to raise their own funds as they go for gold in the World Angling Games in Italy from 28th August – 4th September 2011.
The second eBay auction has a stunning line up including Five times Individual World Champion Alan Scotthorne and Four times Individual World Champion Bob Nudd – not a bad pair to pick up a few tips from!!
