OXLEASE LAKE
****Important Info****
Week commencing 24/09/07 will see work start on a new path along the platform side of Oxlease, this work will take 3-4 weeks to complete. This is to try and eliminate the muddy conditions we saw this winter and during the recent wet weather. We won’t be closing the swims on this bank and can only apologise in advance for any noise and disturbance this may cause to any anglers on the lake.

OXLEASE LAKE
Although there isn’t many fishing the lake at the moment it’s continued to through up a few fish including another couple of thirties.

Alvin Balmaan from Herts added a new 32lb 02oz mirror tho the 30lb 08oz mirror he’d already caught, again using Elite Baits smokey mackerel boilies.

Jason New had four doubles using Pulse Boilies and PVA bags of pellets 45 yards out.

Barry Minns from Shrewsbury had three fish including a 29lb 15oz mirror using Richworth Tutti Frutti boilies over spodded particles.

Stuart Dobson from Swindon had 8 fish up to 18lb 08oz using fusion boilies over a spodded area.

And we’ve heard over night that there’s been a 38lb mirror out, we should have more details on that tomorrow!!

UNITY LAKE
The “Big Common” has been out over night at 40lb+, more details tomorrow when we get them.

HARDWICK LAKE
Mark Cunningham from had a 23lb mirror and a 27lb 10oz common using single baits at about 50 yards. BRASENOSE 1
Tim Shepard from Bath had 5 fish up to 18lb 10oz using boilies and bags of pellets at 40 yards range.

Terry Beauchamp had four fish up to 23lb 08oz using pineapple pop-ups over a spodded area at 45 yards.

Matt Cox from Buckingham fished a 3 hour session to catch 12 fish up to 17lb 10oz using maize. MANOR FARM LAKE
James Kirk had four fish including twenties of 21lb 05oz, 22lb 02oz and 23lb 04oz using Active-8 boilies.

Andy Whitehead from Carterron had four twenties up to 24lb 12oz on surface baits and pepperami over Carp fever mega mix pellets.

Matt Collins fished zig rigs on a day session to take mirrors of 17lb and 18lb 05oz.

ST JOHNS LAKE
Maz Smith from Nott’s had mirrors of 18lb 11oz, 20lb 08oz, 21lb 11oz, 23lb 08oz and 32lb 04oz using Trent Baits boilies over spodded pellets at about 60 yards.

Shane Hiatt from Lincoln had for fish up to 24lb 04oz using scopex boilies over spod.

Mark Hiatt had three fish up to 23lb 08oz using the same bait as Shane.

Steve Love also from Lincoln had four fish up to a mirror of 29lb 04oz, Steve also used scopex boilies.

Steve Coble from Botly had a 28lb 04oz mirror and a new PB 32lb mirror using Hinders Blitz Boilies.

Tom Mitchell from Southam had commons of 18lb and 23lb 01oz along with a 24lb mirror.

Gareth Isles from Southampton had a 25lb 01oz common along with a new 26lb PB common.

John Behan from Nott’s had a 24lb 08oz common using CC Moore boilies over spodded hemp in the margins.

Jon Pimm fished boilies over Acorn Angling pellets and particles to catch a 31lb 11oz mirror known as “Mini Shoulders”.
