DATE: 03 March 2012
PLACE: Bank fishing on 10 miles of the Denver Sluice
TIME: 9.00am – 2.00 pm
MEETING PLACE: Car Park at Jenny’s Arms Pub (PE38 0EQ)
REGISTRATION: 7.30 am – 8.30 am
ENTRY FEE: £10:00 plus £3:00 day ticket for fishery
PRIZES AND BBQ: 2.30 pm Car Park at Jenny’s Arms Pub
Competition Rules
1. Fishing is only allowed from the bank (wading not allowed)
2. Fishing is only allowed in designated areas (map will be provided)
3. Lure fishing only (dead baits are allowed for spinning)
4. All anglers MUST have an unhooking mat and landing net and use it every time when handling fish
5. Fishing to take place in pairs and all catches to be weighed in the presence of another angler. Signature of the witness on the starting card is required to confirm the weight of the fish
6. Fish must be returned to the water immediately (no keepnets allowed)
7. Pike, perch , zander and chub are counted
8. Prizes (additional tackle prizes to be confirmed at a later date)
– 1st Best Bag (total weight of fish) 40% of total prize money
– 2nd Best Bag (total weight of fish) 30% of total prize money
– 3rd Best Bag (total weight of fish) 20% of total prize money
– Heaviest Fish of the Day 10% of total prize money

After the match we will have a chance to relax, try some special BBQ Polish sausages and exchange your experiences of the day.
