New design blockend feeders from DrennanThese are the newly designed Drennan blockend feeders that have only just hit the shops.The feeders were over a year in development. The built in flat weight ensures that the feeder always lands the right way up and sits flat on the bottom and, most important, sits so that the swivel lies downstream and the force of the flow over the streamlined end keeps the feeder in place. They can be used in stillwater but the obvious benefit will be on rivers when these feeders will hold bottom much better in flowing water than their predecessors.
There are three sizes (Large 2 1/2 oz [70g], Medium 2 oz [56g] and Small 1 1/2 oz [42g]) in two colours, brown and green. They are priced at £ 1.35 each. They are already available in some tackle shops and Drennan are flat out in production to keep up with demand. A full review will follow soon after the river season re-opens.
