The New Zealand Government Department of Conservation has embarked on a programme which they hope will eradicate or decimate the areas in which coarse fish are found.
They use a chemical to kill ALL fish claiming they are exotic(many were brought here around 1900). How they can claim that eelsare exotic I don’t know. Nobody is listening here as the Governmenthas done such a good job of convincing the public that coarse fishare a problem.
One of the chemicals being used is Rotenone, which is linked toParkinson’s disease!
As the water is used for stock are our cows going to get theshakes? Another example of mad cow disease?
