Talk and slide show by Gary KnowlesPAC Region 31 (South Lancashire) have announced a talk and slide show by North-West piker and regular FishingMagic contributor Gary Knowles on Wednesday 5th December.
Gary should be well known to anyone who reads the angling press as he is a regular contributor to Angling Times, Pike and Predators and Coarse Fisherman. The presentation will detail Gary’s approach to fishing a variety of venues from small drains and rivers to huge glacial lakes and trout reservoirs. Although predominantly focusing on pike and predator fishing Gary has also promised the region a first look at several large local fish of other species which have never been previously published. The presentation starts at 8.00pm on 5th December, and will take place at the Caledonian Hotel, Bolton Road, Ashton-in-Makerfield, WN4 8PF which is situated the just off Junctions 23 & 24 of the M6. Admission is free to PAC members and £ 2 to non-members. |
