Jeffrey Stevenson of Rhosybol, Anglesey, is charged with introducing fish to waters in Devon, Cheshire, Buckinghamshire and Lincolnshire without obtaining permission from the Environment Agency.
The prosecution follows an investigation by the EA’s national fisheries team. Stevenson is jointly charged with fish farm Millbrook Fisheries 2000 Ltd.
Both are due before King’s Lynn magistrates on Monday, charged with:
