Orvis Knot (for Fluorocarbon)I found the tucked half blood let me down, now I use this knot exclusively, and not just for fluoro. It was given to me by a bailiff after I nearly gave up in despair (thanks Ray!) and I have never looked back. Make sure you follow the diagram and for the 2nd and 3rd loops go down. Pull the loose end first and then the leader and the knot will slip up to the eye of the fly. I have lifted tree stumps out of Brenig on my top dropper with this knot on 6lb airflo G3. **Harrison’s Owner Hooks Competition Contender** | ||
