SANDHURST LAKE

The ladies certainly seem to have the knack of getting amongst the carp at Sandhurst Lake on the Nutrabaits Yateley Complex. Latest to score was Warwickshire’s Leslie Clarke who gave her boyfriend Alec a carp fishing lesson recently and landed this stunning mirror of 26lb.

Leslie fished from swim 25 and presented a pop-up Ocean Fresh Cranberry boilie over a bed of pellets and sweetcorn on the gravel bar running off the island.

The fish beat Leslie’s previous best carp which weighed in at 17lb.
