NUTRABAITS YATELEY PADS LAKE
STANFORD LE HOPE angler David Thompson recently landed the largest common in the Pads lake at Nutrabaits Yateley with this stunning fish at a weight of 29lb.


The Main Pads swim provides a lovely backdrop for David’s 29lb common
David used 2.75lb ESP Carp Tracers with 15lb Berkley Big Game line and a 2.5oz Korda lead. The rig comprised a Mainline NRG boilie fished on a size 6 Drennan Starpoint hook to 15lb ESP Ghost fluorocarbon hook length.

The fish picked up the bait from a clear spot in the main pads where it was cast in conjunction with an orange-sized PVA bag loaded with crushed NRG boilies and maggots.

We expect this terrific common to top the 30lb mark later this season.
