The Scottish Sea Angling Conservation Network (SSACN) was formed to help ensure the quality and diversity of life in our seas is returned to something like its former glory.
To help everyone keep abreast of their efforts to try and help protect vulnerable shark, skate and ray species in Scotland they have released the December 2011 issue of the SSACN – Scottish Shark Tagging Programme (SSTP) Newsletter which is included here as an attachment.
In it they look at the work undertaken this year to try and help protect vulnerable shark, skate and ray species in Scotland; give an update on the annual SSACN Spurdog Tagathon and present a range of interesting and informative stories.
