Well known angler Martin Gay, author of many books and articles on coarse fishing died suddenly last week at the age of 54.
Martin, long time friend of FISHINGmagic contributor Barrie Rickards, was rushed into hospital last Wednesday with a viral infection.
He was discharged on Thursday but was taken ill again and returned to hospital on Friday where he subsequently died.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
