A high tech mono manufactured in Japan for Spanish company Grauvell, Teklon has high abrasion resistance, exceptional suppleness, no memory and low visibility.

It comes in quality packaging, which is an important point in that lines can deteriorate when exposed to light.

The colour is a pale pinkish shade which should blend in with most gravel and sand lake and river beds.

FISHINGmagic VERDICT

A nice, smooth, quite thin diameter (for bs) nylon line that has so far proved reliable. I’d recommend using it a pound or so heavier than your normal choice for a given situation. Not for any adverse reason, but simply because it’s so thin you can afford to, so why take chances?
