Which is exactly where a reclining chair fills the gap. Not a full bedchair but much more than a chair, the recliner is significantly lighter than a bedchair and much more comfortable than a chair. And this one from innovative company Chub is well worth a look from the range on offer. It is very well made, fully adjustable and high-backed. The perimeter is well padded and sprung with shock-cord elastics.
The locking leg system means that the chair is safe from collapsing on you and possibly trapping your fingers. What’s more, the legs also lock in the closed position which makes it so much easier to carry. Best of all is the short twist reclining mechanism that involves just a quarter turn of the knob to release the back, and a quarter turn to lock it once you’ve chosen the reclining position you prefer. | ||
