The CLA Game Fair 2000 is being held for the first time at Blenheim Palace Woodstock, Oxfordshire, Home of The 11th Duke of Marlborough and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill on Friday, 28th July through to Sunday, 30th July 2000.
The CLA Game Fair is the biggest event of its kind in the world. Reflecting countryside lifestyle, it caters for all country sport enthusiasts, including angling, as well as urban and rural dwellers who simply enjoy country life.
Fisherman’s Village
There will over 100 manufacturers and retailers in the ‘Fisherman’s Village’, and will include a forum and demonstrations.
Shimano have sponsored ‘Have a Go’ where kids and adults can learn from many of the personalities who will be in attendance.
These include Bob Nudd, Alan Scotthorne, Matt Hayes, John Bailey, Des Taylor, Keith Arthur, Ian Heaps, Jan Porter, John Wilson, Richie Powell, Gillian Foy, Dave Lewis and Bob James, plus The Shimano Dream Team.
