Paul Morrall from Preston fished particle hook baits over an area heavily spodded with a general spod mix at 40 yards range to catch commons of 22.02 and 23.05 and mirrors of 27.13 and 29.04.
Wayne Bird from Tiptree fished Elusive Baits Oyster PPS Boilies to catch three doubles and mirrors of 28.04 and 32.04. Wayne who is on his first visit to the water fished over a general spod mix at 70 yards range.
With Wayne his Jim Cameron who is also from Tiptree and on his first visit. Jim is fishing the same hook baits over a spod mix at 40 yards range and has caught a 15lb ghost carp, a 19.04 common carp, a 24.04 mirror and a 9.02 tench. The tench and the big mirror are both PB’s for Jim. Update: Jim Cameron has beaten the PB he caught yesterday with another of 37.02. This fish is a common and was caught on the same method as those previously reported.
Nigel Ramsbottom from Manchester fished zig rigs to catch a 25.02 mirror and a 15.04 common.
Jan and Dave James from Stoke On Trent are both fishing particles over C S Bloodworm pellets. Dave has caught mirrors of 16.10, 14.07 and a common of 12lb. Jan has caught a 23.08 mirror.
Fishing power corn over an area heavily baited with pellets at a distance of 30 yards, Peter Marsh from Redditch has caught a 22.04 mirror.
Staffords Adam Bates fished tiger nuts over Hinders Carp Crunch Pellets to catch a personal best 29lb common.
HARDWICK LAKE
Roman Buczynski fished on the surface to catch two commons of 21lb and 14.02 plus a fully scaled mirror of 20lb.
Chris Edwards from Malmesbury caught mirrors of 32.07 and 17.10. The thirty was a personal best for Chris who fished Cotswold Bait Creation Boilies with pellets in the margins.
Don Cookson from Swindon fished a single Richworth Ultra-Plex Boilie in the margins to catch a 26lb mirror.
GAUNTS LAKE
Bryan Jarrett from Hinders of Swindon fished Hinders Rapido Boilies to catch two doubles and a 27.04 mirror.
Ron Buss fished Richworth Ultra-Plex Boilies at 60 yards to catch mirrors of 21.04 and 24.08.
MANOR FARM LAKE
Jon Finch of Bankside Tackle caught 11 carp off the surface when he fed Bankside Pro Floater and fished Nut-Pop hook bits. His biggest carp, a mirror, weighed 35.06.
Dave Herridge who is on his first trip to the water caught a PB mirror of 29.04. Dave who is from Gloucester fished particles over spodded grubber pellets.
Andy Lees from Wolverhampton caught mirrors of 35.14, 35.08, 25.06, 23.08 and six doubles when he fished Richworth Multi-Plex Boilies over Bankside Grubber Pellets at 70 yards range

GENERAL
The carp were spawning on both Hardwick and Manor Farm Lakes today (last Monday, 20th) and cruising on all the other waters where very few anglers were trying for them on the top. Some that did were very successful.
