Twelve year old Daniel Goodfellow was fishing with fishmealboilies for the carp when a 30lb pike showed an interest. The bigpredator was nicely hooked under the chin. During the session Danielalso banked a 31.03 mirror carp. WELL DONE DANIEL!
ST.JOHNS
Bedfordshire’s Cliff Kent fished particles for the carp to catch12 fish that included a 32.04 mirror, two big commons of 29.08 and28.08 plus two other twenties. The other seven fish were alldoubles.
MANOR FARM
Richard Creedy beat his PB by 8lb with the carp known as ‘CutTail’ at 37.08. He also caught a 21.14 common and a double. He fishedEssential Baits Shell Fish B5 over Hinders Carp Crunch Pellets.

Catches of quality roach, rudd and carp to 4lb reported. The tenchare quiet.

The water is fishing well and 12 twenties to 29lb were reported byvarious anglers over the last weekend. Details soon.

Still producing plenty of small carp to float and poletactics.

Unity Lake
Mickey Hills netted nine carp to mid-twenties whilst trying out anew Richworth bait.
Ivor Peachy caught a 26.01 ghost carp off the surface and a doubleoff the bottom.
Yeomans Lake
Nick Ball from Salisbury caught six carp on bottom baits. Thecatch included two twenties of 28.04 and 21.02.
MANOR FARM LAKE
15 year old sam Richards from Leamington Spa surface-fished dogbiscuits to entice a 15lb common and a 27lb mirror. Carp were surfacecruising everwhere on the day of his visit and he was the only onefishing a surface bait?
