Mike Webb from Wolverhampton fished on the top with dog biscuits to catch a mirror of 25lb. Phill Argyle, also from Wolverhampton targeted the catfish with fishmeal boilies and was rewarded with a super fish of 53.08.
Mark Lewis from Wales used sweetcorn bait to catch mirrors of – 27.08, 24.14, 21.06 & 20.08. Fishing off the top with dog biscuit Mark Smith from Bath caught two common carp of 27.15 & 24.01.
Also fishing on the surface was Dave Abram from Burnley who caught five commons of 29.01, 15.07, 8.12, 15.12 & 15.10. Plus mirrors of 27.10, 19.12, 18.14 & another 19.12. Dave used dog biscuits and the Beachcaster Rig.
Using Mainline Boilies Andrew Lees caught two mirrors of 23.02 & 22.08 + a common of 22.06.

Terry Weaden from Bristol Fished a method feeder to catch a linear mirror of 27.08.
Lincoln’s Neill White fished Scopex Squid Boilies to catch three mirrors of 14lb, 20lb, 20.08 and a common of 24.12.
Rob Harding was pleased with a PB common carp of 24lb plus two tench of 4 & 5lbs.

Lee Mason From Birmingham fished boilies to catch a mirror of 26.04.
HUNTS CORNER LAKE
News from W/E 30/08/02
Ian Baker from Thame in Oxfordshire fished with NRG Boilies to catch a fully scaled mirror of 28.03 and mirrors of 21.06 and 17.10.
Eillen Niblet from Lidney in the Forest of Dean caught a 24.08 mirror on tiger nuts.
Also fishing with NRG boilies was Tom Iles from Nottingham who caught a 22lb mirror carp.
