Dave Smith from North Warwickshire fished particles over spodded hemp at 70 yards range from the Road Bank to catch a fully scaled mirror of spot on 27lb.
Alan Carter from Bexhill, Sussex also caught a good mirror of 26.12 when he fished a tiger nut hook bait along with tigers in a PVA bag at 45 yards range off of the Point Swim.
ELSTOW PIT 2 (NEAR BEDFORD)
The new season on Pit Two starts on January 1st 2003.
In the New Year there will be vacancies on the water which produced two different mirror carp of over 40lb this year.
Pit Two is a large water approaching 40 acres and holding only a small number of carp so it is not a place for the inexperienced.

THERE IS NO CLOSE SEASON OR SILLY RULES ON THE WATER AND CURRENT MEMBERS OF PIT TWO WILL GO ON THE WAITING LIST FOR PIT ONE – THERE IS NO OTHER WAITING LIST FOR PIT ONE.
