When Fish and Fly Ltd bought FishingMagic from Magicalia back in November 2008 no one had any idea how long it would take for the data to be transferred to the new platform. The sheer amount of data and the difference in software led to a number of huge problems that could only be resolved over time.
At last though, we’ve arrived, probably not completely unscathed, and still with some issues to be resolved ‘on the fly’, but we’re sure you’ll agree that the wait has been worth it, with a friendlier interface, easier navigation and lots of new bells and whistles to play with.
Rather than try to tell you all about the new platform just have a browse round and see for yourselves. Any questions or issues to report go to the forum thread in the news section. As always we value your feedback.
Please be patient if something is not working as well as it should be, and be assured that we will resolve the problem as soon as we possibly can. Just remember the doom and gloom when we thought FM would close altogether.

Some articles, news items, reviews, etc, have missing images.
Some may not be displayed correctly.
Some may be in the wrong category.
One or two sections of the site are still ‘work in progress’.
Don’t worry, we’ll be working flat out to get things ship-shape. In the meantime, continue to enjoy FM. We’re the same family but better looking and sexier!
