The Tredegar-based tackle shop owner has bought the empty ex-Motorworld premises in Tredegar and plans to have every inch of the new superstore stocked and open before Christmas.
Mark told FM about his ambitious plans:
“Our present shop is packed to bursting on three small floors, we have a great clientele of mainly match and carp anglers and are holding our own in what is a difficult time for not only anglers but the country as a whole.
I do feel however that this area with its huge mix of angling opportunities needs a much more comprehensive tackle shop.”
Mark continued, “Within the area we saw an upsurge this year in the quality of the sea fishing on the coast and game angling in rivers and lakes, next year I aim to provide all anglers in South Wales with a tackle store that provides quality tackle in stock for all the many varied disciplines of our sport.”
