The shelter features an open front, ideal for fish spotting, whilst the fixed front panels can be rolled up to give just the protection required. It is also supplied with a clip-in ground sheet and top quality 8oz cover, making it the ideal over-night shelter for the discerning specialist angler.

The quality of this product is difficult to fault but the downside is that it weighs at least the equivalent of one slipped disk. It is very heavy indeed. But I don’t suppose that will matter too much to the carp angler who uses a barrow, which, let’s face it, is most of the long stay boys.

It really is well made and has great versatility, ranging from the open aspect for nice days, to the all-enclosed aspect for not-so-nice days and through the night. Well worth a look if you’re not sure what type of bivvy to buy and could do with one that goes a long way towards being an all-in-one type.
