Still some tench about but mostly above Langley, haven’t heard of a crucian there for about 20 years. Cowley end still decent in summer for skimmers and roach, most of the matches are opposite the boats at Langley. Been really good there for roach in winter for the last decade or more, we’ve had match weights up to 24 lb and the odd big fish among them, best in a match went 1 15 ( not for me) but last winter they never showed at all and after the first two, all the matches were moved to the Colne or the Jubilee.
