Hmmm... the perils of living in the West where ne’er a chalkstream flows!

The Arrow in full flood... hardly the day for French nymphing.​

The Wye at Bredwardine Bridge rising to the road!​

Enoka looks out over my “going” swim that has gone under by some way.​

“Church Lake” the colour of Bovril.​

A half forgotten pond brimful with coffee.​

And, to make my Boxing Day complete, someone with Christmas on their mind, nicked my landing net from the fishing hut. May it bring them much joy and many big fish in the year to come!
