Mr Spiller, Mr Clarkes just jealous because a few years ago i decorated three rooms at Buckingham Palace.
They wouldnt let him anywhere near with his slipshod work and runny paint.
All he's fit for doing is old ladys damp bedrooms with flowered wall paper
