Canal in Mow Cop, Stoke-on-Trent

Does anybody know who runs a particular stretch of canal in Mow Cop, Stoke-on-Trent (not sure of the name of the canal). It runs from bridge 86 to 87 and contains a basin and the marina, it used to be ran by Mow Cop AA years ago. The stretches either side appear to be ran by Middleport AA. Can anyone help?

Simon if they can't help give British Waterways a call. sorry I don't have number but they do have a website - http://www.British-Waterways.org/ - where there may be a contact number. BW 'run' all the canals in this country and lease the fishing rights so somebody there will certainly be able to tell you.
