Thanks John. I was brought up on still water & am not too experienced on rivers. I do get this feeling 'where do I start'. I still remember trying to plumb the bottom of the Severn when I was 15???????? :/~

Dave I'd offer to show you my secret places but you might just take it the wrong way!

Rivers are much smaller than the sea,there's no barbel in the sea either.
