Most of the tackle shops sell John Wilson's book Where to Fish in Norfolk and Suffolk, which has 99 per cent of waters in.

Seriously the lakes run by the NACA are excellent.I believe you will get the number from any of the Norwich tackle shops.
A more definative answer woulds be possible with an idea of what you are fishing for.

Thanks for the replies i am looking for a GOOD Tench fishery,Taverham Mills is quite good but a bit hit and miss.Any more clues would be good,and yes i have JWilson Where to Fish in Norfolk and Suffolk.I like to get firsthand information from casual fishermen who do get blank days now and again .
