A rare Hardy wide spool Perfect LHW salmon fly reel in 4” diameter, brand new old shop stock, only 250 of these reels made, of which 25 were sold individually in 2003/4

this being number 215 of the 250, the reel is internally stamped 215. Spitfire finish winding plate, 95mm smooth brass foot plus 60mm spare foot for modern rods, rim tension regulator with Turks lock screw, Hardy details to winding plate, and original left hand drum screw, The reel is fitted with the stunning 1912 check and comes with makers red baize lined block leather case with Hardy logo to lid, Hardy Certificate of Authenticity and Hardy correct box.
