I'm sure Shimano gave me the name of Felindre Servicing(in South Wales?)some years ago as the official servicing people....

I sent my reels away just to get them serviced after years of use. They came back okay but I think I was not specific enough with what needed looking at.....

It is fairly expensive so if you use them write down exactly what you want doing on the downloaded sheet-they phone you with the cost, you pay and they do the work!
Came back in a week..

I sent a Shimano back for repair, it was less than a year old. I got a letter telling me the reel had been repaired at a cost of something like £48 at the time.

I phoned and said it was new, I had won it as angler of the month.

Yes but you still have to pay us, we only repair and service.

So I told them to stick it up their Arse. Your right Tee Cee about who repairs shimano
