Hi all, I want to get back into sea fishing, particularly pier fishing.

Is Roker Pier (Sunderland) fishing well, and what fish would I be best targeting? What other piers are good in the North of England?

Thanks William. I'll try and get up there and give it a whirl. Is Morecambe worth a try? Where is that stone jetty you mentioned in 'carp rods' thread?

Cheers. I know what you mean. That lick of paint didn't last long when royalty visited to unveil that statue tribute to Eric Morecambe.
