The above link gives you the list of sea angling clubs in Wales. Pick a few local ones and give them a bell... always worth joing a club for all the free advice and cheap competition insurance. Alternatively just try http://www.where-to-fish.com/ and it will give you a listing of shore marks in Wales, although some are a bit dated...
