We could do with a law like that here, for Carp and Barbel

Substitute bream for barbel and you've got my vote. If ever there was a fish thats evolved to be turned into fertiliser its bream.TBH I see no great difference morally between a carp and a cod on the fishmongers slab provided it ends up there legally.

I'd have to be pretty damned hungry to pick the carp though !
