Got these from Morrison’s today, £2.50 for 90 grams, enough for at least a days hookbaits, there cooked in brine no vinegar, will give them a try when it warms up a bit, I can remember John Wilson catching tench on these, so I’ll see if they work we’re i fish, prawns and mussels work, so I don’t see why these don’t .

Where are you trying them out Seth ? I think I will go and get some, also prawns, I have a match back end of April on Hampton Springs, I may try them for the big perch in the pool we are on,if the carp are not showing to bread or pellets

It’s a members only fishery that my mate and I joined four years ago, it’s lovely and quiet, and there’s six ponds to fish, it’s only lightly fished, and we don’t give any details as that’s how we like it.:)
