I had a week in Sorrento a few years ago .
Had two brilliant days .
The day my lad got married , and the day of the flight home .Bloody awful place .

So what in partocular made it so awful?

The Bay of Naples is an amazingly lovely area with many historic sites and the land of orance and lemon groves.

The market is very English frendly as are the people.

Have been to the science and technology museum today, just got back, here's a few picks.

Capri was fine , just didn't much of Sorrento itself , The hotel was good , I paid for one of my lads to stay at Sorrento Hilton, that was good as well .
Some of the people weren't very friendly after they nearly knocked my grandkids over , and my son and myself had " words" with them . Good job grandkids mother was held back , she would have still been in jail now.
And it wasn't my grandkids fault .
Decent tackle shop there , doing Daiwa bolo rods at a 1/3rd of the price here. I asked if they would post but they wouldn't .
