mate i was fishing with last night had 1 2lb flounder, but yesterday mourning he had 2 6lb bass and 4 flouders at 4lbs plus.

has anyone heard of Cligwie beach in north wales in Angelsey and has anyone caught there?if not can anyone recommend a good mark in that area?

i wish i caught them but i didnt my mate did, he was using ragworm, nothing fancy, sinle hook setup, size 2 hooks (i think)
as for angelsey when i was on holiday there, i picked up a leaflet explaning all the marks, bait, tackle shops, and what sort of fish can be caught there

iv got leaflets which tell you good marks which dont turn out to be good at all.i tend to use local knowledge more than leaflets.

i didnt, couldnt be bothered as was on holiday with wife and kids at the time.
