I hope you all have a good weekend, sob, Steve stop worrying you will get an ulcer mate and if you must drink red wine at least wait until you get to the pub.
I was really looking forward to it but I will never know if my cunning plan would have worked oh well someone may use an overshotted float and let me know.
have a safe journey and couple of jars for me.

Cheers mate, we'll have to get down your way sometime. I've always fancied that bit of canal that is next to the M5.

The river is up, the forecast is overcast all day with the rain holding off, I'd bring a brolly just incase....

Grumpy and Muffin are keeping me up to date with conditions further upstream, cheers boys ;)

If we meet at the planned meeting point we can all have a look and make a decision. We can move downstream, 5 min drive, where it might be more favourable.

We'll decide in the morning.

I reckon I'm gonna get a 2lb roach tomorrow, a 3.08 came out recently!!!!! :eek::eek::eek:

Might be alright for a big pike!

How about me and Slime get a fish-in together for Rackerhayes tench around May time? ****ie and Jim had a great time doing it last year, loads of neck ache! lol

It is barbelly.....
Please ring me if you have any doubts about the postcode.
We are at the end of the long road, that's all I can say on the open forum.
